Project Overview
Construction work to revitalise Liverpool’s historic Lewis’s Building has recently been completed by Red Rose Drylining.
The project transformed the building’s unused upper floors back to life as 80,000 sq ft of offices and a 125-bed Adagio Aparthotel – the first to open in the UK!
The project also included contemporary office accommodation located across four floors of the existing building and comprising individual 20,000 sq ft grade A floor plates.
