THE HUB RIVERSIDE

Project Overview

Riverside is the final part of the £1.6 million project that Construction Company Red Rose Dry Lining has recently completed. Red Rose strived to construct the building in new and innovative drylining and rendering products to enable the company to demonstrate what can be achieved with the right products and the right contractor.

This approach is reflected in the quality of the build achieved through out the whole building. Internally all decorating, ceramic tiling, joinery and tile and grid ceilings have all been completed by Red Rose Dry Lining, all to the exacting standards of the exterior of the building. This reflects the companies desire to offer the complete interiors package to all its customers. As with all build projects costing was essential, not just for the build itself, but for the end user. The running costs of a building are a key factor that Red Rose Dry Lining take into consideration when completing any development and implementing the Dryvit insulated render system, Argon filled glazing units and insulated roofing panels all help to keep the day to day running costs to a minimum and blend in seamlessly without compromising any aesthetics of the building.
